I gonna share some lines how to fortify your wife or husband.I have also try to do this in my current relationship.
- Stay honest
- Share all your hopes,triumphs and failures as well as attraction and temptations which will help you from acting honestly.
- Make time just for the two of you on regular basis (away from kids,friends and family)
- Surround yourself with happily married friends who don't believe in fooling around.
I have also a cat.I do not love cat.why? because they make pooh pooh anywhere.lol.But,I see mice inside the house.I said to myself "I need cat now" .I don't want to buy sprays just to kill the mice because they will still came back.I shop online again for cat.huh? You gonna ask me, "It's crisis time,why I am still shopping for pets ? " The answer is "If you love your pets and I am sure pets had benefits too.You will also do what I am doing."Besides, shopping online is cheaper .I buy a litter box for my cat.The price is worth and my kitty didn't pooh pooh anywhere.If she make pooh pooh she run and look her litter box.This is funny because if I clean the litter box and she feel pooh pooh she is making noise and run and run looking the litter box.
How about birds and small pets?Do you love to take care too?They are cute pets.My friend have parrot in the house.When, I visit her I heard a voice saying " a girl ,a girl " .I notice the parrot.lol.Then I ask a bird food to my friend and feed her.She says "thank you,thank you".It is cute and funny.I like the parrot plastic cage it is nice and comfy for all types of bird to place .If you have small pets at home like hamster.I will recommend a good kind of cage which only cost 8 dollars or 376 pesos free shipping.Isn't cheap?Shop now for your pets at lowest and affordable price.

Basic Pie Crust Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter,chilled and chopped
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1.Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit
2.Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
3.Mix until the dough starts to come together ( use electric mixer with paddle attachment)
4.Lay plastic wrap on a flat surface and dust it with flour.
5.Gather the dough into a ball with your hands.
6.Transfer the dough to the center of the plastic wrap.
7.Flatten dough with the palm of your hand,shaping it into a disc large enough to fill the bottom and sides of the pie plate.
NOTE: work quickly so that the butter doesn't melt while you do this.
8.Gently place your pie plate over the flattened dough,face down with one hand under the plastic wrap turn the dough over the pie plate.
9.Peel off plastic wrap.
10.Refrigerate for 20minutes.
This is my first time to cook apple pie.I keep my recipe and share to you guys/gals.
5 apples,peeled and sliced
1 cup sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1. Pre heat oven to 350 Fahrenheit
2.Prepare pie crust.
3.Mix all ingredients for the filling in a large mixing bowl.
4.Pour into pie plate.
5.Place all ingredients for crumb topping in a food processor
6.Mix until topping resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
7.Pour over filling
8.Bake for 1 hour

2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 cup sliced young corn
1/2 cup sliced fresh button mushrooms
1 cup sliced asparagus / broth cube
1 250 ml all purpose cream
salt and pepper to taste
2.Saute onion with garlic until limp.
3.Stir in corn,mushroom and asparagus.Allow for 1 min. between each addition.
4.Season with broth cube.Pour the all purpose cream.
5.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6.Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Here are some tips to ensure that your flow does not mess your bedding's.
- Get plenty of uninterrupted rest to reduce period-related moodiness , stress and fatigue.
- If your in pain,take meds before bed to get out over cramp.
- Take a steamy bath.Hot water helps de-stress the muscles of the uterus,easing the uterine contractions that trigger those painful menstrual cramps.

Tuna Fish Salad is tata favorite.He always want me to make tuna salad during day off.
I will share my basic method how to make tuna salad.
1/2 kilo white meat tuna ( cut into small strips)
1 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 onion ( big,chopped)
1 ginger ( grated )
1 tablespoon calamansi juice
2 pcs. hot chili ( chopped)
1.Mix the tuna meat and vinegar.
2.Let it stand for 2 minutes.
3.After 2 minutes,squeeze off the liquid.
4.Mix the ginger,onion,salt,chili and tune meat.
5.After mixing them thoroughly after 10 minutes it is ready to eat.

Here are some steps:
1.Cut 1 pound of different fresh vegetable like broccoli,leek,potatoes,tomatoes,onions,beans,turnip cabbage,spinach,bell pepper ..in a small pieces.
3.Cook until soft in approx.4 pints( 2liters) of water in pressure cooker or
4.Regular pot just increased cooking time
5.Pour the cooked vegetable broth through a strainer.
6.Filter out the solid pieces .
7.Drink the liquid only!
Summer is here!It is very hot nowadays we need to pamper ourselves in a beach for comfort.I am sure almost all of us has swim suit.right? I will share you gals how to take care your swimming attire in washing and drying.
- Do not use washing machine to wash your swim suit but if you do set it on gentle cycle.
- Never use fabric softener it will weaken the material.
- Rinse your swim suit with fresh water and baby shampoo immediately after using to get rid it of chlorine.
- Never let it in contact with bleach.
- Drip your suit in shade.
- Never use direct sunlight or using a heater this methods will only allow the elastic fabric to rot and melt away.
- Do not iron your swim wear.
If you are looking a waterproof ( for sweating),pocket sized and in-ear for nice fit ear phones.Here is I would say to you:Most in-ear head phones are designed for sweat.Do not go dunking them for swimming pool though they are not waterproof.For best fit make sure you get in-ear head phones that provide different ear attachments for different sized ears.Lastly,if you want an external volume control you need a headphone with remote control.I see one in apple but it is pricey!

Beef steak has different style of cooking.Here is a Filipino style of cooking a beef steak!
(Marinade) :Mix All
3 tablespoons calamansi juice
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 kilo beef tenderloin
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 onion ( big cut into rings )
1.Slice the beef thinly with 3" x 3" size and marinate for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
2.Saute the garlic and beef then cover the lid and cook at low fire.
3.Turn the meat once in a while to prevent burnt smell.
4.When done add the marinade and onion rings.
5.Cover once more for a while or until the onion becomes wilted.

well, for me fish ball is best for Pinoy's especially in the market where people need to visit.
I will teach you how to make fish ball.
1 kilo fish ( any white meat fish,cleaned up)
2 pcs. carrots
Ginger (sliced 1 inch )
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon MSG or vetsin
1 head garlic
1 1/2 cup cornstarch
4 cups water
1.Cook the fish in water and ginger for 5 minutes.
2.Remove the fish bones and chop the fish finely.
3.Chop finely the carrots,potatoes,garlic and onions.
4.Mix all the ingredients and form into 1 diameter ball.
5.Bring to boil the liquid used in boiling the fish and drop 3 or more fish balls at a time.
6.Remove the fish balls when it floats.
7.Put the cooked fish balls in a drainer and let them cool.
