Constipation signify an underlying medical problem like irritable bowel syndrome.This is mainly a result of unhealthy habit or sudden lifestyle change.I have experienced once and I do not like to happen it again.I feel sweat every time I discharge my bowel.It is really difficult.I go to my doctor and she give me medication and some simple tips.Here it is:
  • Eat a well balanced high fiber diet that includes beans,bran whole grains,fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Drink plenty of liquids
  • Exercise regularly
  • Set aside time after breakfast or dinner for undisturbed visits to the toilet
  • Do not ignore the urge to have bowel movement
  • If a significant or prolonged change in bowel habits occurs check with a doctor
