Vegetable Broth

How to prepare a vegetable broth?

Here are some steps:

1.Cut 1 pound of different fresh vegetable like broccoli,leek,potatoes,tomatoes,onions,beans,turnip cabbage,spinach,bell pepper ..in a small pieces.
2.Saute lightly.
3.Cook until soft in approx.4 pints( 2liters) of water in pressure cooker or
4.Regular pot just increased cooking time
5.Pour the cooked vegetable broth through a strainer.
6.Filter out the solid pieces .
7.Drink the liquid only!
