Period Sleep Tips

If you have a period it is uncomfortable to sleep without wearing an all night pads especially if your flow is heavy.
Here are some tips to ensure that your flow does not mess your bedding's.

  • Get plenty of uninterrupted rest to reduce period-related moodiness , stress and fatigue.
  • If your in pain,take meds before bed to get out over cramp.
  • Take a steamy bath.Hot water helps de-stress the muscles of the uterus,easing the uterine contractions that trigger those painful menstrual cramps.
