- After exercising it is important to lose all traces of sweat which can cause irritation and sensitivity.
- Don't wipe your face with your hands;use a clean towel
- If your skin is sensitive ,cleanse thoroughly after swimming to remove bacteria and all traces of the chemicals used in pools.
- Spritz an alcohol-free toner over the face after cleansing to hydrate and soothe irritated skin
- If skin is dry or dehydrated apply a hydrating mask which replaces lost moisture due to exposure to sun,cold,wind or chlorine.
- Drink plenty of water after workout.
