How to Build a Muscles

Some girls attract guy's with masculine look.Muscles are essential for shaping the body and increasing one's metabolism.So, I want to give you some tips to build a muscles.

  • eat 1 gram of protein to 1 kilogram of body weight
  • have a 6 high protein meals every 2 to 3 hours daily
  • supplements such as multivitamins are necessary
  • prepare a work out and stick to it
  • circuit trainings makes a good result
  • focus on chest and triceps
  • do not neglect the lower body (legs,lower back and abs )
it's easy ,right? so, start to shape you body now!
