- eat 1 gram of protein to 1 kilogram of body weight
- have a 6 high protein meals every 2 to 3 hours daily
- supplements such as multivitamins are necessary
- prepare a work out and stick to it
- circuit trainings makes a good result
- focus on chest and triceps
- do not neglect the lower body (legs,lower back and abs )
