What I Need to Bring before I Go?

In traveling a miles away place you have to check all you need before you go to avoid trouble along your way.Here are some checklist for first time offshore contract worker or employees that may help.


Before you Depart: check the following items

  • Passport
  • Airline Ticket or Embarkation Card
  • Travel Allowance -for travelers check you need to change some of it while in the airport (Manila ) into your required currency before check- in.There is an American Express Change station inside the airport.Please keep it safe!
  • Valid Identification Card
  • Photocopy all your documents related to travel
  • Hotel / Company/ Apartment address and Telephone Numbers
  • Hotel Car or taxi pick - up schedule
  • Airport Terminal Fee-Php 750.00
At the AIRPORT - check - in two hours before departure
  • Passport and ticket should be ready upon entering the main departure area
  • Prepare your ticket and passport as you check-in your baggage's in the airline counter you are destined.
  • Next Stop: Immigration - you will need to pay an airport terminal fee of Php 750.00 so make sure you have your money ready when you enter this area.
  • Proceed to the gate indicated in your boarding pass to be given as you check - in
Arrival in the Philippines:
  • Passport must be check when you enter the immigration area upon arrival so make sure it is ready.An arrival card is needed this is usually given during the flight itself.
  • Baggage Retrieval - you will see the flight number and arrival time of the carrier you are in POSTED a top of the baggage conveyor this will identify that all baggage coming out will be from that flight you can retrieve your baggage there.
