1.Take two fresh of lady finger (bhindi),remove or cut both ends of each piece.
2.Put a small cut in the middle
3.Put this two pieces in a glass of water
4.Cover the glass of water and keep at room temperature during night.
5.Early morning before breakfast simply remove the two pieces of ladi finger (bhindi) in a glass of water.
6.Drink the water in an empty stomach
