For those suffering diabetes , here is a simple cheapest way to maintain your sugar.
1.Take two fresh of lady finger (bhindi),remove or cut both ends of each piece.
2.Put a small cut in the middle
3.Put this two pieces in a glass of water
4.Cover the glass of water and keep at room temperature during night.
5.Early morning before breakfast simply remove the two pieces of ladi finger (bhindi) in a glass of water.
6.Drink the water in an empty stomach

Ok ito ah. Not that I like eating slimey veggies like okra but it helps to know how great that vegetable is for your body. No wonder my dad used to love lady fingers. He had diabetes nun eh.
