Keep Clean

Cleaning of appliances usually done by schedule or every weekends.Taking care of our appliances is very important,maintenance is in need to keep it good condition. I want to share ideas in cleaning up few chief appliances at home and kid grime in their stuffs :

MICROWAVE :
A clean microwave oven heats food more efficiently.Residue from food spatters attracts microwave energy instead of heating food.To avoid spatters simply cover the food you heat.In cleaning up spills use a cloth dampened with water and dish detergent.For heavy duty cleaning,mix 4 tablespoons baking soda and 4 tablespoons water to form paste.Apply the paste inside the oven;let stand for 15 minutes before wiping off with damp cloth.A mixture of lemon juice and salt can also be use as substitute.

FRIDGE :
Spill food inside the ref should be immediately clean up to prevent leaks , uneven cooling and the spread of bacteria.Simply wash the interior with a soft cloth and lukewarm soapy water.Thoroughly dry all surfaces and removable parts.Put an open box of baking soda in your ref to prevent unpleasant odors.But, replace it every couple of months.Caring for ref doors it must be wipe down with lukewarm soapy water and a soft cloth.

Cleaning for kids Stuffs:
Smelly Lunch Box - To clean place a paper towel dampened with white household vinegar inside.Leave overnight. In the morning,discard towel then wash the box and dry well.

Filthy Backpacks - Empty backpacks and turn it upside down over an empty newspaper to get rid of lurking debris.Remove visible dirt from the inside and outside with a dry scrub brush.Wipe all over with a damp sponge and air dry.Do not soak or submerge in water.

Sticky Gadgets - Get rid of dirty surface from cases with a wet wipe.Clean LCD screens with a dry microfiber cloth.For stubborn marks dampen the cloth with a bit of distilled water and a few drops of 90% isopropyl alcohol.
