Corn Scramble

I am a good cook this week.I try another recipe to have a very good desert.

Scrambled Egg with ham and corn kernels
1 cup cubed cooked ham
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup corn kernel
1/4 cup red bell pepper diced
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground white pepper
2 pcs eggs slightly beaten combined with
1/2 cup All Purpose Cream

1.Stir -fry ham in a butter and olive oil
2.Add corn, bell pepper and salt
3.Cook over a low heat,stirring frequently
4.Pour in egg mixture and stir until eggs are firm throughout

Serve immediately
