How to make a LECHE FLAN Crema?










Those who are having vacation at home you may try yourself to do this,very easy , simple and cheap recipe.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 packs of crema ( your brand choice)
1 cup fresh milk
1/3 cup white sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla ( optional)
6 egg yolks

Procedure:
1.Pre- heat oven to 300deg.F
2.Place crema,fresh milk,white sugar,vanilla and egg yolks in a bowl and mix lightly to dissolve sugar.
3.Pour into heat proof serving molds and place molds.
4.Cover each with foil and place in a pan with hot water.
5.Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until tops is firm in touch.
6.Let cool.Chill overnight before serving.

To complete:simply, sprinkle about a tablespoon of sugar on top of each flan and caramelize sugar using a kitchen torch or broil in the oven on high heat.serve!
