I Need Chocolate

I am craving of dried fish today.I go to the market to buy a dried fish and cassava.That's a good partner.I bought 20pesos of dried fish.yummy! I forgot my allergy..oh no..I need chocolate.I don't want to take anti allergy med because it can dry my skin.Before, I always bring anti allergy but now I replace it with chocolate.I did not finish my meal ,I go to the nearest store and buy chocolate before I start itching or my face turns to red.

Fortify Your Relationship

Thriving marriage is very important for everybody.Broken family is not good for kids to grown up.The kids always need parents to guide them, to make a better future.Today some couples decided to separate or file annulment rather than keeping on a relationship which didn't work anymore.
I gonna share some lines how to fortify your wife or husband.I have also try to do this in my current relationship.

Do you have pets at home?How do you take care of them?I will share my experienced of taking care a pet.I buy a puppy girl last May 2008.The doggy has now four cute puppies ( two boys and two girls). I had a hard time taking care of puppy.The first month she get sick.Maybe, she is homesick with her mother and siblings.Pets are like human too although they cannot talk but they need tender loving care.The puppy did not eat.She vomit every time she eat.I feed a milk,a hot dog etc. but she didn't take a glance her dog bowl feeder.I am pity looking the puppy even she is sick when I arrived home after work she play my feet. I chat my workmate about puppy.She said shop online and get ideas how to take care Dog. This is what I did.I shop for puppy a dog food,dog toys, leashes and collars.The most important page is to heed if puppy get sick. Now, doggy with puppies are healthy and they relieve my stress at work because they love to play with me.

I have also a cat.I do not love cat.why? because they make pooh pooh anywhere.lol.But,I see mice inside the house.I said to myself "I need cat now" .I don't want to buy sprays just to kill the mice because they will still came back.I shop online again for cat.huh? You gonna ask me, "It's crisis time,why I am still shopping for pets ? " The answer is "If you love your pets and I am sure pets had benefits too.You will also do what I am doing."Besides, shopping online is cheaper .I buy a litter box for my cat.The price is worth and my kitty didn't pooh pooh anywhere.If she make pooh pooh she run and look her litter box.This is funny because if I clean the litter box and she feel pooh pooh she is making noise and run and run looking the litter box.

How about birds and small pets?Do you love to take care too?They are cute pets.My friend have parrot in the house.When, I visit her I heard a voice saying " a girl ,a girl " .I notice the parrot.lol.Then I ask a bird food to my friend and feed her.She says "thank you,thank you".It is cute and funny.I like the parrot plastic cage it is nice and comfy for all types of bird to place .If you have small pets at home like hamster.I will recommend a good kind of cage which only cost 8 dollars or 376 pesos free shipping.Isn't cheap?Shop now for your pets at lowest and affordable price.

How to Make a Pie Crust

This is just a follow up recipe of "Apple Pie "

Basic Pie Crust Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter,chilled and chopped
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar


Procedure:
1.Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit
2.Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
3.Mix until the dough starts to come together ( use electric mixer with paddle attachment)
4.Lay plastic wrap on a flat surface and dust it with flour.
5.Gather the dough into a ball with your hands.
6.Transfer the dough to the center of the plastic wrap.
7.Flatten dough with the palm of your hand,shaping it into a disc large enough to fill the bottom and sides of the pie plate.
NOTE: work quickly so that the butter doesn't melt while you do this.
8.Gently place your pie plate over the flattened dough,face down with one hand under the plastic wrap turn the dough over the pie plate.
9.Peel off plastic wrap.
10.Refrigerate for 20minutes.

Apple Pie

This is my first time to cook apple pie.I keep my recipe and share to you guys/gals.





Filling
5 apples,peeled and sliced
1 cup sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons flour

Topping
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar

Procedure
1. Pre heat oven to 350 Fahrenheit
2.Prepare pie crust.
3.Mix all ingredients for the filling in a large mixing bowl.
4.Pour into pie plate.
5.Place all ingredients for crumb topping in a food processor
6.Mix until topping resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
7.Pour over filling
8.Bake for 1 hour

Healthy Option Recipe

Gals, try to do this in your home.I am sure your husband and kids would love the recipe.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 cup sliced young corn
1/2 cup sliced fresh button mushrooms
1 cup sliced asparagus / broth cube
1 250 ml all purpose cream

salt and pepper to taste



Procedure:
1.Heat butter.
2.Saute onion with garlic until limp.
3.Stir in corn,mushroom and asparagus.Allow for 1 min. between each addition.
4.Season with broth cube.Pour the all purpose cream.
5.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6.Simmer for another 5 minutes.

Serve Hot!
